Application to become a Beaver, Cub, Scout or Explorer:
To apply for Beavers (aged 6-8): Beavers waiting list is currently closed as it is unlikely we can offer a place this 2019-2020 academic year owing to large numbers on the list already. We hope to re-open the waiting list at the end of term 3 ready for the next academic year.
To apply for Cubs (aged 8-10.5): Please complete the Cubs application form and then please read our Fair Processing document.

(Please note, we do not have an Explorer Unit yet, we are just accepting names onto the waiting list and will contact you once the Unit is established which will probably be Sept 2019).

All of the relevant forms for your application must be completed and returned to [email protected] before your application can be considered. Children will not be placed on our waiting list until we have received both the relevant forms.
The following forms are only required by Leaders, Assistant Leaders and parents staying overnight on camps, etc.
Letter of Good Conduct application - go to Quick Links and select Letter of Good Conduct. To be completed by all applicants. Proof of application, followed by scan of certificate to be sent to [email protected]
DBS is a hard copy form to be filled in by anyone who has ever been resident in the UK. To be completed only if you have been resident in the UK and should be mailed direct to UK postal address on form.
